MIT License file is missing and the link on the formatjs/formatjs github page results in a 404 error

try to access https://github.com/formatjs/formatjs/blob/master/packages/intl-displaynames/LICENSE.md

Expected behavior
The expected behaviour would be to find a valid LIcense file.
