note - need to better understand how knights occupy & return to buildings and holders

Each building has a holder, for military buildings the first knight is the holder.
What happens if the holder becomes lost? Or dies?
What happens when a knight is done fighting, does he return home? if he is a holder? or a non-holder occupant of a building?
What happens when a knight occupies a new building, how does holder transitiion work?
What happens when a conquered enemy building is full, do knights become lost? do they go back to their buildings? what happens to their old positions and what if they are holders?
