Linux build seems to be broken seems at least version 4.10.2 (or more?)

Steps to reproduce
- use linux
- download the latest version from here https://github.com/forkgram/tdesktop/releases
- pick the Telegram.tar.xz file, this one for example https://github.com/forkgram/tdesktop/releases/download/v4.11.6/Telegram.tar.xz
- download it, extract it, launch it
- open the settings and look at the version on the bottom left
- you see this, version 4.10.2, while the expect version is 4.11.6:
- compare newly released features of telegram (for example selective quote) and see that they are missing
Expected behaviour
The version should be the same than the release version tag: 4.11.6
Actual behaviour
The version is 4.10.2 and new features are missing

Looking here https://github.com/forkgram/tdesktop/actions/workflows/linux.yml?page=4 it seems that the build have been failing or partially failing since 9 months? I'm not sure I'm looking at the right action since there is also a snap one

Today, forkgram offered to self update itself to version 4.11.6, I'm not sure it's related to this ticket but if it is, thx a lot <3
