RGB led PCB pin damage

I destrroy the pin in the PCB, there is some way to avoid this PIN or create a bridge to the next LED?

Additional context/images would be helpful. But the generic answer is yes; refer to the datasheet for the LEDs you're using and install a wire between the the damaged LED pad and according pad. Nonetheless, please provide images for further help.
