the table doesn't display correctly

in 3.4.1, the code of the table that represents the transition diagram is in a <code> block, so it displays the original codes instead of the table. hope that you can fix the bug, thanks.
Also, there are some pictures in this chapter not showing up, and I find out that the path of the picture is wrong.
