Thanks for sharing a bit more information, but unfortunately this is still not enough for us to help you, because we need a video recording and a Static HTML notebook export.

Try reading the notebook on https://featured.plutojl.org/basic/plutoui.jl . Download the notebook from this website (Edit or Run button on the top right) and try running that.
