SME Overhaul doesn't list Spartan Weaponry as required in the config option

I enabled the SME Overhaul option as I have SME and RLCombat (which are listed with Vanilla in the config option). This results in a crash as one of the Mixins (RunePiercingCapabilitiesHandler) imports a class from Spartan Weaponry.
Fixed in 1.2.16
