Major updates should not show up as red circles

One always wants to clear updates and red circles therefore showing a major update as a red circle pushes people to update.

There's two paths here:

1. Just don't show the major update at all (I'd be okay with that).
2. Show updates which have been hand-reviewed in a green circle.
