great addition! any chance you can get the actual color in buffers?

Hi, just now discovered org-macros (dunno how it took my so long, especially embarrassing since ive been using leuven-theme for ages... :)) and its great!
one thing i wonder which could make it really great is to actually get the colors to show in the buffer and not just in export.
for example {{{color(red,)}}} and {{{color(blue,)}}} currently appear with the same color/face. would be cool if inline the text could actually be red and blue respectively. :)

just a cool usability idea

I fully share your point of view, but this should be done in Org mode core, eventually, to be shared.

If private, another solution you could look at is using font-lock-add-keywords with some patterns.
