no TOC button in readtheorg on mobile

I'm using the readtheorg css but the resulting html file doesn't have the TOC button to make the toc sidebar appear (see http://mpsi2llg.free.fr) seen in http://geekplux.com/wiki/ for instance. Does the org file need an html command to make the TOC button appear ?
I found the problem, I hadn't uploaded the readtheorg.js file..
