D2Solo doesn't handle Windows UI scaling properly

When launching D2Solo with UI scale already set to 200%, the window doesn't appear anywhere on the screen. If I go back to 100% and launch it, it appears in the top right corner just fine. If I change UI scale from 100% to 200% while it's already running, it also resizes and stays in the top right corner.
If there was a hotkey to switch modes, in addition to the hide/show window hotkey, this wouldn't be as much of an issue. Perhaps Ctrl+Shift+F10 could be added to swap modes?
