sidecite overlaps with side toc

Currently if you \sidecite a ref in front of a side toc, both will overlap. Is there a better workaround than giving the optional vertical shift to the \sidecite command. I do not like the vertical shift because you might have an other overlapping with an other citation afterwards...

I also approve of the suggestion #216 that could lighten the content of the side margin, and reduce the susceptibility of overlapping issues.

The code referenced in #216 may help to fix this issue too. If I am not wrong, it keeps track of the position of the last content on the sidebar, so that the next content can be added after it.
