Add DB2 driver to image

It would be nice with DB2 support out of the box.
They are located at https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/com/ibm/db2/jcc/11.5.8.0/
I guess this should really go into https://github.com/flyway/flyway/blob/main/flyway-commandline/pom.xml and this issue be moved over to that repo
