Option to automatically set color from Windows accent/taskbar color

Windows can automatically choose a palette based on your desktop background. It would be cool to have the option for the skins to do that too. (I swear I've seen a plugin for that somewhere...)

Brian wrote a plugin that will retrieve system colors:

There's also a third-party plugin for pulling colors from the user's wallpaper.
