Editable notes path

The use case is that the user already maintains a notes or todo file on their system, for instance in Dropbox/OneDrive/Google Drive, and wants to point the notes skin to that.
There are two notes skin variants. We want to remove the number of options in settings.txt, but we also don't want the user to have to edit the path in two skins in order to switch between variants.
I'm not sure what the best approach is.
Pretty simple... why are there two variants if the width and height are adjustable for both? It's really just the header size, I think. So pick a header size, and have only one notes skin.
