Add "action" attribute for easy browser integration

It seems that Opera doesn't add a "Create Search" menu entry if there's no "action" attribute defined in the form (the attribute can be empty, it just has to be there).

It would be nice to have it there so it was easier to add an amisfw custom search engine in Opera, esp. since it seems like a trivial change.
