24bit WAVs should be rejected by MCS?

On my new system I can import them but get various errors because of the known limitation that there's no master-gain control.
wurde in diesem commit eingefügt: 4b67f96
scheint aber von einem späteren commit überschrieben worden zu sein, habs jetzt wieder eingefügt.
bitte noch alle testen bevor wir das issue schließen
