Dependencies don't have the latest versions and tensorflow is installed by pip. Please fix.

Please fix and change all the frameworks to python3 version.
Unfortunately I don't have time currently to maintain this. We maintain several disparate Docker images for individual DL frameworks here: https://github.com/floydhub/dockerfiles
If you or anyone has the chance to merge these updates into dl-docker and test them, please send a PR :)
