Unable to Change Approval Amount

Personally, I am against infinite approvals and tend to adjust the amount. However, not all interfaces provide this option and request an infinite approval. For example, CowSwap's interface asks for infinite approvals.

However, when the frontend requests for an infinite approval, I'm unable to modify this within Frame with the only options being the requested and infinite.
