Allow ENS names based on DNSSEC domains

It seems as though the only ENS names y'all allow for sending are ones ending in .eth.
A while ago ENS added the ability to use any DNSSEC secured domain as an ENS entry. The reverse lookups in the accounts listing work correctly, but when trying to send to one of those names, it is not recognized.
Fixing this should be as easy as removing the check if it ends in .eth and simply looking up whatever name the user puts in the send input.
