Compatibility with jQuery 1.8.3

Hi Ariel,

Since upgrading WordPress to version 3.5, which comes bundled with jQuery 1.8.3, it seems the scroll functionality is no longer operational.

It would be very much appreciated if you could inspect this functionality soonest and update this repository accordingly. :)

Hi Ariel,

Just a quick additional note. The issue only presents itself in the Google Chrome web browser. Perhaps a webkit issue?

Upgrade your jQuery.scrollTo version to the latest (1.4.4) and let me know if the issue is still there.
