In Windows Chrome horizontal scrolling is not working

It's works fine in Mac and Windows Safari.
You can check my demos for localScroll and scrollTo. They work correctly on Windows Chrome.
It's probably something in your html/css/js.

(with an older localScroll verzion horizontal scroll wasn't working on Mac)
The site works fine on my Chrome on Windows. Most scrolling is horizontal but that's how you implemented it. There's some vertical scrolling in there and it works.
Horizontal scrolling is silent on my Windows browsers Chrome 33 and Firefox 27.
Windows Safari is ok, also Mac Safari and Chrome.
Tomorrow will test it on different Windows machine.
Chrome 33 is not out yet and what do you mean by silent
Tested with Chrome 33.0.1750.58 on Win7, it works.
