Update documentation of the interactions with short example gifs

Similar to how I documented the grouping interactions, please expand the docs for the other interactions and add short gifs using some dark-themed examples.

To take a look at them checkout the branch and run docsify serve docs (assuming you have installed doscify npm i docsify-cli -g)
To upload new gifs use the following trick:
- On GitHub click on New Issue
- Drag a gif into the text area
- Wait until the file is uploaded
- Copy the URL
