[prometheus] Hostname filter does not work with IPv6 addresses

When the instance name is an IPv6 address, the hostname filter cuts the last part, thinking it is the port number.
Example:
fd01:67c:2ed8:a::56:1 becomes fd01:67c:2ed8:a::56 afterwards
