Template should be embedded in binary

To make deployment more easy, the template(s) should be embedded into the binary during build time.

The 'templates' folder was only used for the 'status' plugin which didn't had any functionality so I decided to remove it to keep the repo clean (See feature branch better_module_loading).

But thanks for the heads up, will try to remember if recreating the status plugin in the feature ;)
