Add the ability to sit.

The benefits to the player would be:

• Visually it's nice, seeing your avatar sit.
• It would increase your mana and health regen rate.

I envisage the regen system being slightly delayed; IE, the avatar would sit and then after 1 second the increased regen effect would start. This could be shown as a glowing blue (calm, meditative color) circle around the avatar.

I'm not sure which games I've done this in (maybe DAOC and Diablo), but I found myself naturally looking for how to do this in Flare.
