Pin Looks wrong at fractional scaling

Description
My scaling is 150%,When I finished taking the screenshot and selected Save, everything was fine with the saved image.
But when I select pin, the resolution displayed is wrong. like:

I had the same problem and there was an extra window around the pin. And the pin no longer remains pinned.
