Cannot access Tool Settings options

Compiled with Qt 5.15.3
linux: 5.15.0-94-generic
ubuntu: 22.04

Description
When taking a screenshot, I click on the "Tool Settings" menu to customise the colour and size of the tools but the tools settings menu does not open. I use a secondary monitor.
I then tried disconnecting the secondary monitor but the issue persisted. I have tried removing the re-installing Flameshot but the issue persists.
I tried installing the Snap package which failed so I tried Flatpak which installed but the bug with the tool settings persists.
Steps to reproduce
- Run flameshot gui
- Select a region on any monitor
- Click on the Tool Settings menu
