Description
This Issue will function as a statement of general design intent and a tracking issue for the subsections of upcoming attack system changes.
Alternatives & Prior Art
There are many good references to pull from here, including LF2, Castle Crashers, and River City Ransom. Will return with specifics but they will likely end up in the respective lower level issues.
