Simple bash script that creates URL shortcuts for Chrome that can be run in MacOS spotlight

Usage

  1. Put the script anywhere in your system, perferrably in new folder called shorts.
  2. Change short_dir variable in the script to the path of the shorts folder you created.
  3. Run make from MacOS Spotlight (command+space) and follow the instructions. This will create a shortcut for you to run from spotlight.
  • You can add directories inside shorts directory, to organize your URL shortcuts.
