Memory Alloc Failed : mlock failed

so this is the first time im using xmr-stak but i keep getting a couple of error messages when i start the program the first one is

1: MEMORY ALLOC FAILED: mlock failed

2:hwloc: memory pinned
3: Socket error -[webiste adress] - operation timed out
