Really liked the format (lean coffee) and think having a use case / what problem are you trying to fix discussion first is the right approach. Looking forward to the next session in two weeks. 👍

This was an interesting and useful exchange.

While the lean coffee format is good for agenda-less meetings, it does take some getting used to, and folks might need to be a little less shy. I think that lean coffee doesn't work that well when all of the topics get the same number of votes, and I believe most of the topics got a similar number of votes (5) on average.

I just wonder whether in some instances of the meeting we would rather have an agenda rather than just a lean coffee ? This might give some of the members time to prepare content.
