DDEParameterizedFunction no longer exists

The documentation refers to DDEParameterizedFunction, but as far as I can tell this no longer exists. I'm not sure if this was moved to the @ode_def wrapper, or the functionality was removed. Either way it'd be helpful to update the documentation.
