Grunticon cannot start PhantomJS on MacOS

I'm currently using grunticon, version 2.2.2 and wanted to upgrade to the latest available version 2.3.2. When doing this, I get errors, while PhantomJS is executed as part of the svg-to-png step. I played a bit around with the grunticon versions and found out, that it starts to happen with version 2.2.3. The reason seems to be the update of grunticon-lib in that version, which also brings an update of svg-to-png.
The error I get is the following:
