Allow SlimerJS to be used as the headless web browser

PhantomJS has some pretty consistent problems with being able to properly handle a stylesheet's CSSRuleList if there is JS on the page. Being able to swap out for slimer with an option in the API would be great.
Not going to happen. Maybe add to dreams for the long distance future
