Cannot install Vaprobash with PHP 5.6

When trying to install Vaprobash 1.4.2 with PHP 5.6 this error is shown and only PHP 5.5 is installed.

Cannot add PPA: 'ppa:ondrej/php5-5.6'.

same as #568 , the PPA has changed to ppa:ondrej/php . Annoying because they also changed the paths.

the master branch Vagrant file (via http://bit.ly/vaprobash) would need to point to the latest 1.4.3
