Game crashes upon startup

I've done every single step exactly as it says, checked closed and open issues yet it just won't start. I've also installed PSM Runtime up to 2.01 with SharkF00D.

I forgot to include I also get this:

Nevermind, I deleted the folder and redid all the steps, using USB file transfer instead of FTP. It seemed FileZilla didn't want some of my files to transfer properly.
