Error: After login, agents cache or template items are shown while actual user agents are loading.

Prerequisites
- I am running the latest version of the AEA Framework.
- I checked the documentation and found no answer to my problem.
- I checked the existing issues to make sure my problem has not already been reported.
- I have read the code of conduct before creating this issue.
Expected Behavior
Something wrong with agents on 'Managed Agents' page. Unpredicted behaviour.
Steps:
- Login https://agentverse.ai/agents
- Go to your agents
- You need to have slow connection.
- You will see agents Alice and Bob but actually and not your agents.
- Then I went to console and saw 500 error.
