UI: Change the way enhancement values are increased and decrease

The progress bar at the moment seems too much. I think a numeric stepper will do with an editable number on the middle.
For an ugly drawing, it goes like this
[-][ 0 ][+][Max]
Decided to remove the minus and plus buttons, when the user can easily type the enhancement they want and most of the time, they'll want to immediately max out the enhancements.
