Fix `ProgressiveImage.thumbLoading` counter

It's becoming a negative number and preventing HQ images from loading.
Fixed, but going to remove this functionality all together. It's over complicated, and it actually slows things down in some situations. When one thumb image is taking a long time, all HQ images will wait for it before loading.
