You're saying that I input incorrect data when I tried to log into my account.
I've tried with my password for Franz / Ferdi.
I discovered your services many years ago. I tried some software, but wasn't convinced. I can try this one, too, as I'm looking again at programs that could be called "program browsers". They can be more useful than Web browsers.
I started filling in your Windows app the form for creating an account with you. You say there is an account with my e-mail address.

Hello, There I had somewhat similar encountered with app,
after enabling this toggle i did not set any password and on restart of app it asked for password...
I tried my login password it didn't work neither did blank password i was stuck, so i had to re-install the app ... fell into same pitfall
another question .. unrelated but .. does logging with account in app provides any kind of sync service ?
coz when I reinstalled the app I login-ed with same account used earlier but all my previous login creds were gone! i will have to login again :(

The issue you are reporting is a different issue than the one this thread refers to. Please open a new issue (if you see fit).
Nevertheless, you have to make sure you write a password so you don't lock yourself out, and no, logging with account doesn't sync credentials, only syncs services - this is a security measure because we don't store logging data anywhere.
