Steps to reproduce
I am not sure how to reproduce it. It won't work from today.
I had a working telegram session before. Starting this morning, I got the info to "Log in to Telegram by QR code", see Actual Behavior.
Expected Behavior
Either the working session should be accessible or a new QR code needs to be created.
Actual Behavior
I got the message "Log in to Telegram by QR" but no QR code will be created.

Seem to last very long ... after waiting around 20 Minutes, a QR code was created.
