Problem Description

I've found that I'd like to compress icons into each other more so as to reduce spacing between them in both horizontal and vertical layouts for the "Sidebar". I have not been able to find this functionality anywhere, but it seems that it should live near the existing width and location adjustment area.

Proposed Solution

Perhaps a slider or textfield that would facilitate modification of default spacing...

Alternatives Considered

Modification of the plist might be acceptable as well, but a user interface config option would probably be ideal.
