Auto-tracking on Project64

Just discovered that Project64 has a JavaScript API documented at C:\Program Files (x86)\Project64 Dev 3.0\apidoc.htm. Scripts are placed into C:\Program Files (x86)\Project64 Dev 3.0\Scripts. A likely approach for auto-tracking is to listen for TCP connections on the Project64 side and have the tracker connect to that server, then use the existing oottracker network protocol.
