Missing Clouds.mid

An absolutely crucial feature seems to be missing from this build of Windows 95! To my utter disappointment, doing the proper naming of folders does not make Clouds.mid play! To further add to my disappointment, I discovered that Clouds.mid doesn't even exist anywhere in the C drive! This injustice can not go on! Clouds.mid is a vital signature of Windows 95, and it is an affront to Brian Orr that this feature is not included in this build! Or maybe the function is there, but it just doesn't play because the file is missing? Either way, the lack of such an important function of Windows 95 surely can not be ignored!
In all seriousness though, this feature - while not vital - would be a nice way to pay homage to the Windows 95 Product Team.
