MapWidget captures mouse scroll in Firefox

BUT DON'T WORRY. I have the PR for this. It just need to be merged @felixhayashi. I hope you're not dead.

The fix I made for #306 introduced a somewhat lesser bug, where scrolling in firefox would break whenever the mouse hovered over a map created with a MapWidget.

My fix just needs to be a little more nuanced. I'll make a PR in a second which I've already tested. You only have to hit a button. I'm only making an issue so I have the comment to add in the code.
