Bug Report: Note Categories Should Not Have Duplicate Titles

Omninotes allows the creation of note categories with duplicate names, which is causing confusion and organizational issues.
Environment:
Omninotes Version: 6.3.1

I think when we create a new category, if the name already exists, then it should give a warning to user
Nice point, not so urgent but this should be addressed by:
- denying the possibility to create the note if the same name already exists
- showing a warning, both an alert or a message on top could be acceptable
