Simple app doesnt run

Steps to reproduce

• Tell us what broke. The more detailed the better.
  Just created a simple starter app, and running in dev mode or to compile both fail.

mkdir test
cd test
feathers-plus generate config
feathers-plus generate app
feathers-plus generate all
npm run dev

TSError: ⨯ Unable to compile TypeScript:
