The dead keys using AltGr doesn't work with the Norwegian keyboard layout in NetworkTerminal or in VIC20 URL and Filename input boxes. It's the dead keys for ~ (tilde) and ' (acute accent) that uses AltGr that doesn't work; " (diaeresis), ^ (caret), and ` (grave accent) work. Now you cannot type ~ (dead ~ + Space), and e.g. ñ and Ñ; and e.g. é and É, using the Norwegian keyboard (keyb no). You can type ' (stand alone) since it has a separate key. Tilde (~) is rather important in Unix and in URLs since it represents the home directory. In VIC 20 ~ is used to type pi, but pi cannot be typed when keyboard layout is Norwegian. In URLs a workaround is %7E for ~.
