Update Service check logic in AuditGroups

Services, which don't exists but are checked in AuditGroups will break the AuditTAP. Update logic to catch this exception so it will result in the following:

Recommendation: Disabled + Service doesn't exist --> True
Recommendation: Enabled + Service exists--> False
